A) Variable Brokerage Structure

Points To Note :

 Cash, BTST, Margin & Margin Plus, Spot

  • Brokerage is calculated on a per share basis and is rounded off to the fourth decimal .
  • SERVICE TAX OF 10.30 % of BROKERAGE will be charged additional. It is calculated per share and rounded off to four  decimals.
  • SECURITIES TRANSACTION TAX (STT) EQUITY - STT is calculated on the Weighted Average Price of the client for a particular day. This is also calculated on the value and rounded of the second  decimal.
  • STT at the rate of 0.125% of turnover will be charged in addition to the Brokerage on all delivery trades.
  • STT at the rate of 0.025% of turnover will be charged in addition to the Brokerage on sell leg of all non-delivery trades.
  • TRANSACTION CHARGES at the rate of 0.0035% of turnover in NSE and BSE will be charged . Applicable Service Tax would be charged over & above Transaction charges. The transaction charge is calculated on per share basis and rounded off to four decimal.
  • STAMP DUTY at the rate of 0.01% on delivery based turnover and 0.002% on non-delivery based turnover will be charged in addition to the charges mentioned above. The Stamp Duty is calculated on per share basis and rounded off to four decimals
  • SEBI turnover charges will be charged at 0.0001% on turnover.

  • ST, STT, Transaction Charges and Stamp Duty will be charged additionally as per the applicable rate.

  • The maximum amount of trade that a customer can execute in any settlement under Spot Segment is Rs 10,00,000/-.

  • If the trading day is a bank holiday ,then the pay-out will be credited on the next bank working day.
  • Trades in spot, form part of the eligible turnover for rebate calculations. Service Tax, Securities Transaction Tax (STT), Transaction Charges (including Service tax) and Stamp Duty will be charged additionally as per the applicable rate.

 Derivative Segment

Points To Note

  • Brokerage is calculated on a per share basis and is rounded off to the fourth decimal. ( Incase of OPTIONS, brokerage is calculated on per contract lot basis)
  • SERVICE TAX OF 10.30 % of BROKERAGE will be charged additional. 
  • SECURITIES TRANSACTION TAX (STT)-
    Futures:- 0.017% of Trade value in case of SELL trades
    Options:- 0.017% on Option Premium in case of SELL trades and 0.125% on settlement value where Option contracts are exercised
  • Transaction Charges for futures @ 0.002% on turnover and for options @ 0.05% on premium will be charged. Applicable Service Tax would be charged over & above Transaction charges.
  • SEBI Turnover Charges for futures @ 0.0001% on turnover and for options @ 0.0001% on premium will be charged.
  • SEBI Turnover Charges will be charged @ 0.0001% on notional value in case of exercise or assignment in options.
  • Stamp Duty for futures @ 0.002% on turnover and for options @ 0.002% on premium will be charged.
  • Stamp Duty will be charged @ 0.002% on notional value in case of exercise or assignment in options.
  • In case if the options contract is expired worthless, there is no brokerage charged on the expired leg. Only if the options contract is exercised / squared-off, brokerage would be charged for such trade. The trades where brokerage has been charged would be included in the eligible turnover for the purpose of rebate. Service Tax,Securities Transaction Tax (STT), Stamp Duty, Transaction Charges(including Service Tax) and SEBI Turnover Charges will be charged additionally as per the applicable rate.
